The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Employee Wellness Internship for unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of employee wellness programmes
• Employee Wellness Data collection and analysis
• Initiating and project managing various wellness campaigns
• Administration support for the Office of the Employee Wellness Manager and EWS Specialists across the RAF.
• Administration liaison with external employee wellness service providers contracted to RAF.

Qualifications

• Certified Grade 12
• Certified copy of your ID
• Certified copy of a B Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Applied Social Science
• Certified copy of Academic transcript
• Your CV and motivational letter
